Brent provided excellent service on short notice. It’s mid-summer and our ac was out for a few days and we were miserable I called Beach Air at 3:30 pm on a Friday evening and Brent was nice enough to come out even though he was done for the day. He was at my place in less than 15 minutes, he was so nice and got it fixed in about 30 minutes. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong with the system and we are grateful for amazing service which can be hard to come by these days, thanks Brent!

Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. After calling two other companies who couldn’t get to us for days, we called Beach Air. Brent was recommended by my father-in-law. He came over that day and assessed the situation. Our system was 20 years old and a cheaper fix would have been foolish. We were out of town, but Brent was able to fit us in the next day (Saturday) and replace our entire system. We returned to a cool house. Great communication and excellent customer service is priceless. After speaking to my father-in-law, he also replaced his old system, and the other quotes he obtained we more expensive than Beach Air. Thanks Brent!

Brent came out to assess my A/C system for repair or replacement. Turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought. He checked and showed me how I could do some simple things to keep it more efficient. I was very pleased with his service. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable. When cooler weather comes around, I'll be calling him to check my heat system.
